There are several important factors to consider when making the decision to move, like timing and financial sensibility.  Consider these factors carefully, once the decision is made to move, then there are five major steps to the process.  First, is to choose how you are going to sell your home.  In this step you have three options, you can decide to sell it yourself, you can decide to use a traditional agent or you can choose to work with me because you feel I am your best option.  Once you choose to work with me, we then come to the second step, which is creating a marketing plan.  I will then introduce you to my 30-Day Marketing Plan, which will detail the steps that I take in the first 30 days of our agreement to get your home sold as quickly as possible.  The third step in this process is to get your home staged and prepared for showings.  Though this home is and has been your sanctuary, your goal now is to invite a buyer to imagine it as their own.  The following tips are proven to make homes most attractive to buyers; cleanliness, de-clutter, neutral paint and de'cor and curb appeal.  The fourth step comes when an offer is made to purchase your home and that is when I negotiate the deal on your behalf.  Money is a very emotional thing, and that's where I step in as an objective third party, to look out for your best interest, whick will allow you to be emotional.  The fifth and final step is once an agreement is made, I will manage the details of the transaction to ensure that the transfer is complete and you have your check in your hand!  If you would like a copy of my Homeseller's Guide and a Free Report called "How To Sell Your Home For Top Dollar...Fast!" simply click the contact me button.
