Thank you for visiting my website.  Like most agents, I could use this space to tell you how great I am and try to sell you on me, but I work a little differently then most agents.  First and foremost, I am a consultant and the purpose of this website is to give you a little background on how I work verses traditional Realtors and to give you access to the lovely homes in Richmond, Virginia.

Part of the help that I provide is that I consult my clients, I negotiate on their behalf, and manage the details of your transaction. During consultation, I ask thought-provoking and insightful questions that the typical agent would not take the risk in asking you, because finding out what is important to you IS important to me.  During negotiation, I will treat your money like it is my own.  While managing the details of your transaction, there are many people that get involved thoughout the process and I take on a leadership role to ensure that all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed.  Whether you are buying a home or selling one, the process of working with me is the same, you will get consultation, negotiation and management of the transactional details.
